I've been wearing the content designer and design operations strategist hat for the past 10 years, helping teams get and stay organized. 

 

I've worked on all kinds of digital projects from site migrations to product development. I value collaboration, connection and lively discussion. Above all I want to make sure that strong, accessible, user-focused content and process is always leading the way. 

 

I currently work for the Canada Revenue Agency as a Senior DesignOps Strategist.
